Ristoranti a Barcellona
Siamo stati diverse volte a Barcellona e fortunatamente siamo andati in giro con gente che li ci vive e ci ha saputo consigliare.
Una sera un’amica ci ha portato a cena in un ristorante che ci ha davvero impressionato: Ristorante Flamant (zona metro Universidad): ambiente elegante, piatti curati e particolari, molto buono, prezzo davvero interessante. Cucina internazionale.

Più in centro, nei dintroni della Rambla mi sento di consigliarne due: uno è il famoso “Crema Canela” in Plaza Real, riconoscibile dalla lunga coda per entrare; io ho spesso rinunciato recandomi nella vicina Passatge Escudellers, 1 dove si trova il ristorante “La Fonda”. Troverete anche qui la coda, il ristorante è grande e situato su due piani, ma un po meno e all’interno un ottimo vino tinto, una squisita fideuà e una buona crema catalana.
Per gli amanti del pesce c’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta tra ristoranti e ristorantini al quartiere della Barceloneta vicino al porto.
PS: la Fideuà è una specie di Paella senza riso, con pasta … LINK
